Some women are very dirty, they don’t know how to care for themselves during their periods. Poor menstrual hygiene can lead to many types of menstrual disorders and infections. #2. Not having your bath regularly. 

If you don’t have your bath regularly during menstruation, it makes it possible for dangerous microorganisms to breed in the vaginal area and spread quickly to other organs of the body.

You should always have your bath regularly during menstruation. You shouldn’t fail in changing your undies and sanitary pad regularly, this helps you control the spread of germs and bacteria. Having your bath regularly helps you wash away unwanted blood, germs, and bacteria that are present in the vagina. This also helps women in reducing the risk of body odor and deadly diseases

#3. Use tissue paper to control your period. Some women make use of tissue paper in controlling their menstrual flow, this is wrong. Tissue papers are not hygienic for draining blood during menstruation. This means that tissue paper won’t absorb the unwanted blood properly, using them will only increase the risk of infection and diseases. You should use sanitary pads instead of tissue papers.
